As soon as you join NSS we will give your network a free health check. We will report any problems that we find and offer a resolution. You will be given a dedicated telephone number which you or a nominated member of staff can call anytime during the business day.

However we prefer it if you don’t have to ring. For this reason we will proactively monitor your servers and networking equipment to spot the early signs of trouble and endeavour to provide a resolution before it hampers your business.

We will check that your equipment is kept up to date with all the latest patches and fixes to keep you protected from harm. We will also monitor your anti-virus software proactively for the same reason.
